About Sawyers Jewelry

We supply the machines that make jewelry

Laser marking systems, YAG welders, chain making machines and inline chain welding sources — supplied to manufacturers, repair benches and design studios.

Our catalogue is organised around the three numbers that actually decide a purchase: the wire diameter you run, the laser power the job needs, and the output you have to hit per shift. Every model page publishes its real capability before you enquire.

  • Four processes — marking, welding, chain forming and inline chain welding.
  • 0.11–5.5 mm wire — nine chain styles from fine cable to heavy curb.
  • Specified, not sold — we say when a machine is wrong for the job.

Before you buy

Three numbers decide the machine

Wire diameter

Chain machines do not overlap the way people expect. 0.11–0.35 mm, 0.25–0.8 mm and 1.2–5.5 mm are three different frames, not three settings.

Laser power

Marking accuracy and speed are the same from 20 W to 100 W. Power buys depth per pass — and, at 100 W, light cutting.

Site supply

110 V or 220–240 V, plus whether you can support a water chiller. This is the most common reason a commissioning date slips.
